This is Toby and he's from Digital Delights by Louby Lou. I colored him in with my Copics and layered him on a Pink Paislee paper using foam dots. He sure makes me smile. The sentiment and banner are from SRM Stickers. I used Pink Sorbet twine. A fun little card to put together.
