Here's the box I started with:
I cut it in half and then covered with paper. I painted the inside with red paint and around the edges. Next I added the burlap, felt apple, and apple pattern paper. I stamped a tag from craft cardstock and attached 4 eyelets to make the bag's handles. I tied the handles with ric rac and used twine for the tag. Tada...
Here is a better view of it hanging on a door knob.
